A Full beef will finish at approximately 1400 lbs. live weight - This results in roughly 850 lbs. hanging weight. The lbs. of meat into the freezer will vary depending on the cuts you choose. You will speak directly to the butcher and decide on all your cuts and packaging quantities that best suits your family's needs.
A Half beef will yield roughly 420 lbs. hanging weight. The lbs. of meat into the freezer will vary depending on the cuts you choose. You will speak directly to the butcher and decide on all your cuts and packaging quantities that best suits your family's needs.
A 1/4 Beef will provide you with approx. 220 lb. hanging weight. The lbs. of meat into the freezer will vary depending on the cuts you choose.

All animals are born on our farm and raised from calf to finished.
All animals are raised with their mothers- enjoying the long summer days in pasture.
Calves are weaned around 7 months of age, and continue to remain on our farm and cared for until finished. They are provided a custom mineral package based on feed samples to ensure all nutritional requirements are met.
Every animal is -Traceable From Field to Fork, Handled in a Low Stress Environment, Hormone Free.
Choose the quantity that works for your family.
You will work directly with the butcher to decide on cuts and packaging sizes to meet the needs of your family. If you don't have a preferred butcher we can recommend one OR may have a date booked already for you to choose from.
Once your beef is ready you will be contacted by the butcher to pick up your cuts directly from them and fill your freezer.
